Sensor Integration Server
TRD's Sensor
Integration Server collects information from sensors
deployed on your fleet or facilities to
provide situational
awareness, configurable communication
plans, and
rapid operational responses to emerging radiation events.
SIS
integrates sensor data to provide:
- Web-based regional status/map displays
- Status of sensors in tables
- Configurable threat descriptions and thresholds
- Configurable operational response plans
- SMS/email notifications of operational responses
- Mapping of background statistics for analysis
& investigation
- Data interfaces to GIS systems

RDU-18 Passive Radiation Sensor
The RDU-18 Passive Radiation Sensor combines robust Geiger-Mueller
detector technology and Digital Signal Processing to provide optimum
capability. The RDU-18 features:
- Good sensitivity
- Enhanced response time over conventional survey meters
- Low rates of nuisance alerts
- Interface provided for automated monitoring systems
- Low cost
The Passive Detection™ technology used in the RDU-18
eliminates the need for calibration,
maintenance, or operator training. The unit
continuously monitors the health of critical internal circuitry and
provides an output to indicate a failed condition. The RDU-18 is housed
in a rugged, corrosion resistant, and waterproof enclosure with
internal
screw-terminal connector strip. This package is ideal for
deployment outdoors, in vehicles, or indoors.

ADU-4 Alert Display Unit
The vehicle Alert Display Unit, used with the
RDU-18, provides visual and audible alerting of detected radiation
levels for applications involving an operator. The display
combines non-distracting indication of sensor health, a large LED lamp
and audible alarm to alert the operator of detected radiation, and four
LEDs to
indicate the level of hazard.
